Amazing!!! My husband and I are first time home buyers and needed to schedule our home inspection as soon as possible. We had made multiple calls to different companies and none of them were available within our time frame. We came across Optimal Inspection and we received a quick response. I was connected to Michael who was very polite and gave us a lot of information over the phone and how he is very thorough in his inspections and gave great scenarios. In person Michael walked us through the house and explained to us everything that needed to be fixed and even added things that we might want to look into fixing in the near future which was very helpful!
